Screen Description

Screen used to check or review the patients medications interactions. 


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: Click on the Medication History button on the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen. Then click on the More button located on the scree toolbar and select the Interations option. Can't find the Medication History buttonClick on Settings button on the toolbar of the Progress Note screen, Select the Side Bar Settings option. Select the Medication History item from the available items area on the right side of the screen and drag/drop into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Press the Save button in order to store the change. The Side Bar panel will refresh and the button will appear under the category where it was added.

Through the Search section: Click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Medication History button. Then click on the More button located on the screen toolbar and select the Interactions option.

Through the Patient Dashboard section: Click on the Medication List link located in the Patient Dashboard or click on the More button and select the Open Full Page option. Then click on the More located on the screen toolbar and select the Adm button and select the Interactions option. 


Sections 


Buttons 

  • Print Active: Displays the document of the patient's active interactions, according to what is registered in the system to be printed. 
  • Print Ackns: Allows to print the knowledge of interactions. 
  • History: Displays the patient's interactions history. 
  • Save: Allows to save changes. 
  • Cancel: Allows to cancel actions in screen. 
  • Previous: Allows to close screen. 

Severity

  • All: Displays interactions of all severity types. 
  • High: Displays only the high severity interactions. 
  • Moderate: Displays only the moderate interactions. 
  • Low: Displays only the low interactions. 

Type

  • All: Displays all types of interactions. 
  • Drug+Drug: Displays all drug + drug interactions. 
  • Drug+Food: Displays all drug + food interactions. 
  • Drug+Disease: Displays all drug + desease interactions. 
  • Drug+Allergy: Displays all drug + allergies interactions. 
  • Custom: Displays all interactions selected by user.
